Instructions:
1. Begin by decarboxylating the cannabis: Preheat your oven to 240°F (115°C). Grind the cannabis buds or trim. Spread the ground cannabis evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40 minutes to activate the THC.

2. In a small saucepan, heat the raw honey on low heat until it becomes liquid. Make sure not to overheat it or boil it.

3. Add the decarboxylated cannabis to the warm honey and stir well.

4. Simmer the mixture on low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. This will infuse the cannabis into the honey.

5. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool down for a few minutes.

6. Use a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth to strain out the plant material from the honey. This will ensure a smooth and clean final product.

7. Transfer the strained cannabis honey to an airtight container or jar. Store it in a cool, dark place.

8. Your cannabis honey is now ready to use! It can be added to teas, drizzled on food, or used as a sweetener in recipes.
